Payments and refunds
Where you pay us for a project, a care plan, a subscription or any other service, your payment is processed by our payment provider.
The payment provider charges a processing fee on every transaction, and that fee is not returned to us when a refund is issued. For that reason, where we refund you as a courtesy or by agreement, the refund is the amount you paid less that processing fee.
You receive the full amount back, with no deduction of any kind, in each of these situations:
- We charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged you for something you did not buy.
- The payment was not authorised by you.
- You are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be signed away, and where the law entitles you to a refund, you receive the full amount. If anything written here ever appears to conflict with those rights, your rights prevail.
A refund is returned to the payment method you used. How quickly it appears is determined by your bank, which is usually a few business days.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, copy, design, and materials on this site belong to Nitro Sites or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish them without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitro Sites is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
